All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your scheduled services.
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hr in advance to retain the deposit for your rescheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
We are committed to delivering the best results possible, and our skilled team will make every effort to meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
While we strive to ensure your satisfaction, refunds for completed services are not provided. If you encounter any issues or concerns, please communicate with our team, and we will do our best to address them, which may include re-evaluation and adjustments.
Clothing and Personal Items:
We recommend avoiding expensive or delicate clothing during your visit, as some services involve products that may cause staining or damage.
Beautypalace is not responsible for any bleach, hair dye, or other products that may accidentally come into contact with your clothing or personal items. We advise you to wear appropriate attire or use protective items provided by our salon.
